This course is designed for those who have practiced some B&W printing and wish to further improve their printing techniques. Students practice how to interpret a B&W negatives and to apply multi contract filters. The tutor gives a step-by-step demonstration
how to print with fibre based photographic papers.

Participants practice printing from their own negatives on different fibre based papers.
The course includes print toning - for archival purposes - that gives the prints
its rich deep black tones and clean white high lights.
