This is a hands on practical course. Participants are introduced to architectural styles and approaches. Lighting and composition are examined. Participants learn how to
visualise form, volume and space of buildings.

The tutor shows a portfolio with personal and commission work and encourages students to explore and develop imaginative ideas for their own photography.

The Tutor discusses the use of different types of camera, lenses and filters used in architectural photography are discussed. The tutor takes the participants to a location in London to practice their new skills.

Digital files are downloaded and discussed. Films are developed and printed in a local photo lab ready to discussed through constructive appraisal on the second day.

Weekend courses start at 10.30am and finish at 5.00pm including a short break for lunch.
